what does their iso agreement say about double funding ? some say cm clawed back some do not have that

Couldnt agree more this is ridiculous honestly I don’t know Arthur but the guy I’m working with Michael won’t even see the proof right in front of him. Even though I have zero reason to lie cuz even if I did know about the stack deal it still doesn’t change the fact commissions are owed as no default was done and no payments missed. You know I don’t lie and cheat but this guy just assumes I’m like so many of the shady people In the funding space. It’s a shame but I can’t let it go if they don’t pay me what’s owed tomorrow unfortunately. Hopefully he does what’s right cuz although what happened with this deal isn’t a violation of the iso agreement, not paying commissions absolutely is and no broker will want to work with them again because of it.

They generally send you a demand letter first. Most of them just shoot those around to see who is a sucker and pays them. I would wait until you're actually served papers(if they actually serve you papers). Remove that name from your system and do not call them again. If you're served papers, then you need to actually deal with it. Don't take an asprin before you get a headache.

Great idea and there is a plug and play approach. But if you make it public, the litigators will just make adjustments. I believe I’ve crossed paths with a Robert Kline, if I remember correctly. There were no damages and no settling. Settling also makes you a future target, because they have a precedent and a history with you now.
