My partner and I submitted a deal to Gill at Tycoon. The deal was funded by one of his syndicates Jordan Levy from a company called quick funding source. I am curious if anyone has heard of him. After funding we were told we would not be paid out for 2 months on the file which I find completely unacceptable practice in our industry. Our Iso agreement is with Tycoon Capital. When we spoke to his syndicate he called my African American partner both a N---- and Crack Head, and further said I don't need to pay you at all, all because we were disputing the commission timeline. In 25 years in this industry, working for companies as well as being a broker I have NEVER seen such hideous behavior. I urge my fellow community to think hard and fast before engaging in activity with either of these companies . The deal was $250,00o with a commission payout of $17,000.
