Yesterday, 05:00 PMIf she has time to invest vs. money (purchasing data) I can show her all the data, she would ever require. **Also depends on the type of merchants she wants to approach. -
Yesterday, 02:12 PMFeel like this is a very common theme now for many, wishing her success -
Yesterday, 01:45 PMThis is eye-opening. I want to know from the Shabsels brothers: 1. Why were they transferring money into their own accounts? 2. Is there more to the "business" than just day camps? 3. What would be the plan to repay the debts? It's an interesting case. -
Yesterday, 01:38 PMHas she considered purchasing her own leads? There seem to be a lot of vendors out there who state that they have the best leads in the market. Her mileage may vary. Has she thought about looking through Facebook ads or other social media platforms? I've heard that there are companies that advertise "premium" leads with already-completed files. -
Yesterday, 12:56 PMI know a struggling broker who needs a more leads. She really is a good broker and is signed up with Kapitus, Mulligan, etc., but she just doesn't have the leads, everything keeps falling through, she needs to work remotely. -
Yesterday, 12:28 PMThe current tally is 42 funders. "In the weeks and months leading up to the Petition Date, the SIMAD Debtors became obligated on short-term loans (the “MCA Loans”) provided by approximately forty-two (42) merchant cash advance and short-term funders and lenders (the “MCA Lenders”). As of the Petition Date, the MCA Loans total in excess of $100 million in the aggregate. In general, the MCA Lenders were granted security interests in certain of the SIMAD Debtors’ collateral in the MCA Loans, subject to further review and investigation by the SIMAD Debtors. Also, in many cases, the MCA Loans were guaranteed by multiple entities within the SIMAD Debtors’ organizational structure.9 In many cases, the MCA Lenders were also given access to the SIMAD Debtors’ bank accounts through ACH authorizations contained in the loan agreements. Leading up to the Petition Date, the SIMAD Debtors were concerned that, if a single MCA Loan with an MCA Lender went into default and was accelerated, such MCA Lender may exercise remedies that may have left the SIMAD Debtors without access to cash and accounts receivable." So, are you held liable if the FBI catches a catch and they used your screenshot as a reason to run the scam? -

06-13-2026, 04:40 PMWe just closed another on $550k commercial deal in Kansas Missouri, the borrower had an amazing closing time frame with an interest rate of 7.25%. If you need a loan, COLE rates are super awesome and funding in all 50 states. We also work with brokers/referrals and offer 2-3% commission rate to our registered brokers, this simply means that a broker agreement contract will be issued for you signing. 816 944-1001 816 270-9909 ๐ง [email protected] ๐ https://www.colerealestategroupsllccom.com// -
06-13-2026, 02:32 PMsean-nayyar started a thread Niching Down By Industry... Way More Profitable for MCA? in Merchant Cash AdvanceI noticed everyone in this industry just sprays and prays with the same generic ad text and landing page text. In saturated industries like MCA, niching down so you're not targeting everyone is usually smarter than trying to go after everybody. Have you guys also seen success with this strategy in MCA? Just curious... In my opinion, this makes it so much easier to scale. Since you're only focusing on one customer avatar, you only need to pitch to that type of client, and you can really create an SOP around that. Which means you can scale easily, pre-sell him before the call easily, and so on. This leads to less overhead, and more revenue per client.

06-13-2026, 01:59 PMI'm looking at getting my own website to build client trust. What do you suggest for a high-converting website? Is it best to copy something like Figure or OnDeck? 1. https://www.figure.com 2. https://www.ondeck.com 3. https://www.4dfinancing.com/ -
06-13-2026, 01:33 PMThe better option 100% is not within that really poor quality website. -
