As an advisor ....now lender/factor, I have successfully closed dozens of restructuring transactions in and out of courts. Most have had very successful outcomes. Two that were involved in the court process, I discovered the fraud. I just don't like who is in the room and not about to open up my rolodex and or checkbook because of it.
