07-09-2025, 12:35 PMHi Guys, I am informing you all that LENDR had backdoored my file yesterday. Got the file into final and then they said they have to wait 20 days. Waited 15 days and funded my merchant themselves. Then they blocked my email. I can no longer send them EMAILS. RYAN TERRY -- [email protected] I would suggest not working with LENDR ever. I mean EBF is ruthless too but not this ruthless. Anyway Good luck no more getting my subs due to a stupid small 30k deal. Should of funded it, paid me, and kept taking my deals. Stupid. Thank You for your work!

Contracts sent at 4:47 Completed at 5:02 Bank verification started 5:08 Deal Funded Via wire 5:28 We Brokers always get frustrated when funders drop the ball on speed. We also have to give credit when credit is due. What is your fastest deal in----- to funding? (non-renewal)

07-08-2025, 04:54 PMTax related business that does $10m+ between Jan - June. 1st position. 700 credit. Average daily balance upwards of $800K+. Yes, $800K. However, revenue drops 90% between June - Jan. Has $1m in A/R that is due in Sept. Multiple offers between $800K-$1.2m over 10-12 months that are aware of slow season HOWEVER they won't sign a personal guarantee. Prepayment discount also has to be pretty aggressive as we're already working on a $36m credit facility that should done in the next 3 months. A bit tricky but the positives are, there is a 99% chance you won't get stacked due to the revenue drop & it might a nice deal to have on your books once he renews in Dec/Jan right before he makes another $10m+. They're expecting $20m-$30m in 2026. Where are the "high risk" guys who spam me all day? :)

06-18-2025, 12:15 PMDF, I seldom start threads as I am one of your native forum trolls and I prefer to make backhanded remarks and reduce the quality of discussion but always from the standpoint of entertainment, which I am sure some of you understand and even appreciate Lately this forum has degenerated into low quality funder spam, arguing, and live action Roleplay, which is supposed to be a violation of forum rules as there is an entire subforum dedicated to promotions. It's nothing that hasn't happened before but what I am noticing is the lack of moderation: we have way more people posting here than ever before and there are more eyes as well. Everything MCA is growing and gaining more visibility and as someone who has been ****posting on the internet longer than some newer sales reps have been alive it is apparent that DailyFunder is undermoderated and its time for that to change. This is one of the if not the central hub for MCA. It should be moderated as such. I implore management to consider giving moderator powers to a reputable, active, unbiased forum member to keep things clean and tidy. Someone who can handle action as they browse. This is very common in internet culture and it would not be unheard of for someone here to be elevated to moderate the forum. Unchanged, this will go the direction of chaos faster than you may think. These things take time, I understand, but action should be taken. This is no longer the sleepy, lazy cesspool industry operating from shadows. The spotlights are coming: let's keep it clean. The ultimatum is that more extreme measures of trolling are to be taken, and if I am called to this task I will answer, as I always have, and force the matter. Heed this warning: the forum need be better moderated. My methods are ancient. Petty. Deeply inconvenient and unproductive to discussion. I have nothing but time; the team is autonomous yet the checks roll in. SDP

06-24-2025, 11:45 PMLooking for something way outside the box. Individual loan for 6 mos. (open to longer term). -Owner of business w/$10mm in annual revenue -Tier 1 credit -$800k equity in residence -$2mm+ in collector cars (titles in hand, no liens). Seeking a $700k loan to buy up equity in a new venture in which I am a partner.

06-16-2025, 08:22 PMSo on June 18, 2025, Tier 1 institutions, those with at least 2,500 small business loan originations in 2022 and 2023, will be required to begin collecting data for the Section 1071 reporting rule under the Dodd-Frank Act. Information about loan applications, including details about the borrower and the loan itself, will be used by regulators to identify potential fair-lending violations and to assess the needs of women-owned, minority-owned, and small businesses. Tier 2 and Tier 3 institutions will have later compliance dates for data collection, in 2026. The key phrase here is... A large percentage of MCA users are minority owned and women (40 - 60%), and 99% can be classified as a small business (under $500,000 in revenue), so that's almost everyone with their purview. Obviously, it states only the large high volume lenders have the June 18th deadline, so maybe there's more info that's not readily public or obvious. Even so, it's probably best not to be added to their radar so they can get an early start to their case building, or see a repeated pattern of specific offenses. www.UccRadar.com

06-24-2025, 11:32 PMI am on this forum often but don't have an account since I don't participate in much of the nonsense here. I wanted to give a shout out to David with Kash. I saw him promoting in the mcanetwork chat and decided to give him a shot since i needed a new funder in my roster. Ive been in the space since way back when nulook was formed by steve kahmi and quickly went out of biz, so, i keep my roster of funders small. We subbed a deal making 800k/mo, 4th, and we got a great offer for 200k 20 weeks. At login we found the merchant had already taken an advance for 170k. They re priced it fairly and we re-sold it and funded all within 2-3 hrs of initially signed docs. Guys like this deserve all the business out there in the high risk space. It's hard to find someone who does clean business and who you can trust. Give this guy your business and you won't regret it. We didn't even have to remind him for commission it was paid on time. So far weve gotten aggresive offers on our other subs, and we look fwd to working with you David. Hopefully I don't regret this shout out and I don't run into any of you other brokers on my deals ill be sending his way. I give props where it's due, he didn't request me to do this, if he had i would've hustled some extra points on future deals. I hope you appreciate the shout out David.

07-08-2025, 07:21 PMWe are pleased to present Episode 2 Our debut episode was a disaster in every sense of the word; we had some technical difficulties, an intern turned out to be stalking one of the members of this site, (apologies to Kman), and a big fat cheater who used Chat Gpt to turn our 60 minute show into a 10 second embarrassment of a bad bud light commercial (I see you FCG). And somehow Kevin Henry felt threated by this young lady with a college crush, and felt the need to throw his sausage fingers into the production to give his 2 cents. Admin was able to get things back to normal, but not before sponsors were lost.... which makes me wonder what exactly we're paying the Admin for. Anyway, that's the past, Episode 2 is up and the cameras are rolling. Chat GPT warriors, all y'all come get some. Merchant Lead A husband and wife own a non-stop busy auto repair shop, with the wife working as the office manager and assistant. So many times the husband is hooting and hollering in the office ...at staff ...at numbskull mechanics, and sometimes at his wife. But the wife always maintains her calm and poise. One day he asks her: When I'm yelling at the top of my lungs, you never scream back or challenge me. How do you have such self-control? She says... I go and clean the office toilet. He goes, how the heck would that help? 06-17-2025, 08:18 AMDKIM DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication method designed to protect your domain against spoofing, a method whereby a malicious actor sends email that appears to be from your domain. It also lends legitimacy to genuine emails that you send, reducing the chance of them ending up in recipient's junk folders. What is mail spoofing? Mail spoofing is where a malicious third party sends email using an email address on your domain as the "from" address. It is very easy to do, and is commonly used in phishing and spam email campaigns to add legitimacy. For example, receiving an email from [email protected] telling you to reset your password would look very convincing. Without email authentication like DKIM or SPF, there is no way to stop this. A very important factor in spoofing is the sending server (SMTP server). You will have a mail provider you use to send email. For example, if your mail provider is Fasthosts, all your email will be sent from the Fasthosts SMTP servers. Someone spoofing your domain name will not be able to send email from the Fasthosts SMTP server, because you need to authenticate with the SMTP server with your mailbox password when you send an email. This means that when someone spoofs an email address on your domain name, they will need to send it through a different provider's SMTP server. How does DKIM help stop this? DKIM is provided by your email provider's SMTP server. When you set it up, every email you send will contain a unique, encrypted digital signature that tells a receiving server that the email being sent was authorised by the owner of the domain. When the receiving server processes the email, it will use a public key that you add to your DNS records to verify the signature. Malicious actors will not be able to forge this digital signature because they can't send through your SMTP server without your mailbox password, so any mail that is not sent through your authorised sending server (SMTP) will not contain the digital signature. What about SPF? SPF is another form of email authentication that you may be aware of, but works slightly differently. With SPF, you specify the IP addresses of the SMTP servers that are authorised to send email from your domain. SPF records are stored as TXT records in your domain's DNS records. If a malicious third party spoofs your email address and sends through a different SMTP server to the one specified in your SPF record, the mail would fail authentication with the receiving server. Should I use SPF or DKIM? The answer is both! Although using DKIM or SPF should protect you in most cases of spoofing, having both alongside a DMARC policy is the best form of protection. In theory, DKIM is more secure because it uses cryptography and also verifies the email hasn't been altered in transit. However, SPF adds an additional layer of security because it also allows you to define the IP address of your authorised SMTP server. Alongside DKIM, it is very difficult to spoof a domain that has both DKIM and SPF enabled. It also adds legitimacy to mail you send, meaning your email is less likely to end up in a recipients junk folder. Are there any pitfalls? When you set up SPF, DKIM or DMARC, it is essential that your DNS records are correct. If they are not, mail you send is likely to be rejected because receiving servers rely on your DNS records to verify the email that you send.

06-29-2025, 09:51 AMI have a borrower who has full control of an $8mm life insurance policy of a 96-year old woman. Open market value of $1.6mm, potentially $3mm if there's medical write-ups about her. He wants to borrow $1mm against it. I have the structure set up already that the client is agreeable to and the company that arranged the purchase of the policy can provide a form that allows for a lien (as if it were "holding title" in real estate). I'm open to co-brokering (I do this all that all time) but it needs be someone who I trust.
