WHO IS Evolved Capital and what type of scam are they pulling that they believe it is okay to send FAKE contracts to merchants showing they have their SSN and all of their information? This is not the first time I am seeing this tactic done by them and whatever slopperation they have going and it's going to stop now. *ADMIN keep this up here for when Merchants search Google for their company and they can see the scam tactics that they use to carrot them into a fake approval.

My name is Adam Grippo, I am the owner and operator of Belltower Funding and I am looking to add new ISOs to my partner roster. You may have worked with me in one form or another over the last few years; I have worked on the ISO operations side for a long time and have been given the once in a lifetime opportunity and privilege of starting my own funding operation with external investors. Belltower Funding is a small operation. I don't pretend to be able to fund million dollar deals or any made up terms. I target deals on a remit / cashflow focused 2nd to 5th position (flexible on this) and deals that I believe fall into the actual traditional MCA target. I approve deals on the grounds the merchant can comfortably afford a 110-150 day or 22-30 week position. My typical deal is 24-28 weeks. What that means is I give approvals out with the merchant's business in mind. I believe in smart deals; just because you can doesn't mean you should. If your MO is about squeezing every drop of available cash from the merchant: Belltower is not your funder. If you believe in getting your merchant good terms for a short term cash injection they can profit from and be rewarded with a great early discount on: Belltower is your funder. Traditional MCA. Every offer I issue is packaged automatically with a term based Early Payment discount. The discount generally runs 3 months (4 on the longer deals) with average points discounted 23/18/13 points on the factor rate itself, this is while paying the ISO their full 12 points. My discount is one that does not penalize the ISO for the merchant paying early. This is a newer trend that I do not agree with. When I approve a deal most of the underwriting has already been done upfront. Typically the deal will get funded if you request contracts and the merchant walks the walk. If there's something stupid going on with the deal I will find it and tell you why I won't fund it. A novel concept. I won't harass you or your processors for deals; I was a Processor for five years. If they have the deals, they'll send them and having someone beg you for deals gets old REALLY quick. I'll respond to your submissions promptly, I'll hear you out and work around what we both know to get your merchant funded with something that actually makes sense. A relationship of mutual respect: ISO to Funder to Merchant. Again, a novel concept. Commissions are sent once the merchant clears their first payment.
