This article is absolute bs. Power up didnít do any of the unscrupulous tactics they mentioned in this article. All they did was file a judgement. Companies need to protect there investment some how during these times. Is power up a bad co and have they done shady shit in the past, maybe. But I think this article is super biased against the industry.

I can only rely on my own experience - I completed my own EIDL on Monday 03-30-2020 - other than an automated reply with my application number - you will be notified via email for any additional information - as of today 04-04-2020 - no further contact. On the PPP application - Self Employed have been delayed until April 10, 2020

greg replied to a thread Cold calling in Merchant Cash Advance
I agree , cold calling works best. especially when you scrub your lead source before calling. But I'd thought that nowadays, you are not allowed to cold call due to state mandate of cannot make unsolicited calls during a local state of emergency. In New York, Gov Cuomo said that at the begining of this lockdown. Had that mandate been reversed ? Maybe this thread began prior to coroan virus and lockdowns ...

It takes 3 days for the $10,000 advance to be funded after approval. The problem is nobody knows the time-frame for approvals.

Hi Dave, Have you heard anymore about what is happening with EIDL applications? I have heard from so many that applied online via SBA site and they were suppose to get a $10k advance within 3 days, then get their loan on top of that, none have been contacted since applying, some 5 days +. People call the SBA and they tell them they don't, seems like the EIDL product is even worse shape than the PPP product

    1) You made the claim that many SBA lenders stopped funding 7(a)s and have yet to name a single one. 2) You asked what the lenders are underwriting besides the application, and then admit that they are asking for other documents besides an application. Your argument is literally an argument against yourself. Stick to trying to sell ISO lists and let people who actually navigate SBA financing discuss the SBA programs, as you’ve never actually brokered an SBA loan yourself.

Hey, I have been calling up all my banking contacts to see if I can shoot over applications for the PPP program and all of them told me today that they are moving in a different direction and will only be servicing their existing clients for now. Anyone else having this problem? Are there any banks out there we can work with? I am having no luck doing anything on the MCA side..... I figured this would be the best use of my time right now to help out my funded clients. Anyone have any advice at this point?

I'm sure your phone will be ringing off the hook. To recap You come on here plastering all over every thread the same exact things which in 2020 we call it Spam. Then you start insulting people. Then it seems that all you want to post on every thread is that everyone should call your referral partners and borrowers. Then I tell you just get it over with and post them. Then you stutter step back. Not sure who you are in the real world and offline but I have to say you seem to be a person that probably isnt well liked in the community.

Well the offer is out there for private referencel calls for the small handful of skeptics on this site. Of course, it would eliminate your suspicions and I think you like being suspicious. I would never publically reveal my referral partner names and/or my borrowers names/businesses. I am here if you need validation and will do it privately with you, otherwise we can all move on. Thanks Jason
