Yesterday, 06:24 PMI work with some private investors doing the same thing you are offering. We can't get everything done sadly. Happy to get on a call to discuss this and see if you might be able to help. -
Yesterday, 06:17 PMIf they own property, get the value and debt and let me know! We can do upto 60% LTV (really 70%, but we reserve 10% for broker, legal and closing costs). -
Yesterday, 06:13 PMDoes he own the property? If so, how much is it worth and what is the debt amount? -
Yesterday, 05:54 PMUWJohn_Doe replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceIf I may, Here is what I can see. A large amount of brokers often use the same list of leads that are often circulating at the same time. 10 brokers call one Merchant, they all submit to the same funders, one wins the deal and the other 9 will cry BACKDOOR. Many funders have paragraphs in their agreements that state these submission are able to be solicited by them after a certain amount of time. What many brokers fail to realize is that just because it's submitted multiple times in a given month, that does not mean that the clock resets. MANY OF YOU FAIL TO READ THIS!!!!! What I cannot confirm is the sale of these leads from a funder to brokers. That I can not comment on because I do not know. What many brokers fail to realize is there is a very high probability that your submission may have been submitted before. We don't want to hear "oh it's a family friend yada yada yada, we use to play in the playgrounds together." Yes, backdooring does happen. Yes, some claims have validity, but many fall under one of the reasons listed above. -
Yesterday, 05:52 PMdiditevenfund replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceExactly, some of the biggest producers, you dont see them advertising anywhere. Wonder where all those "deals" come from. -
Yesterday, 05:24 PMRobinhood21 replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash Advancehonestly a lot of funders backdoor its just so open now and there is nothing to control it The industry is literally thriving off backdoor deals its insane -

Yesterday, 04:38 PMEquity One Solutions replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceIt would be so helpful if we put together a list like the "predatory MCA funder" list but one with funders that have been caught and are known for backdooring to warn to other brokers. -
Yesterday, 04:38 PMThanks! -

Yesterday, 02:17 PMmcadata replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceYou are 100 % correct, we stopped subbing to them a few years ago, for the same exact reason. You're not alone. Brokers need to wake up and figure out the good vs the bad. Brokers are the most important piece in the lending game, WE spend the time and money and effort, marketing the leads trying to qualify them, place them with the best lender which fits the box, if they want to backdoor, they need to pay a flat fee for the lead period. It shouldn't be free, the ISO and shop are absorbing the cost with no return, that's not fair and a game played not ethically. It's really time for change. Wake up. MCA is only growing and never going away, so ISO's choose WISE on WHO you submit to. -

Yesterday, 12:38 PMBy the way I've actually had a number of people reach out to me about a possible intro to the appropriate party at Figure because of this Thread and the offer still stands. If you're looking to sign up for the HELOC referral program I can put you in touch with them. I don't get anything out of it personally. Just happy to make the connection.

Yesterday, 12:09 PMHi, as someone mentioned earlier, once you get cut off from Ondeck, they take your whole book, it might be best to try and reach out to some of your clients and bring them our way, I'm sure our buyout program is something your merchant's who have Ondeck LOC'S / MCA's, The buyout program allows our merchants to pay up to 1% per week cost of capital, which can be used like a LOC.

Yesterday, 11:52 AMeastlender started a thread Looking for finance brokers! - We are a direct lender - East Harbor Financial in All Other LendingHello everyone, East Harbor Financial, based in South Florida, has over 30 years of expertise in the secured private credit space. As a flexible direct lender, we fund tailored deals that satisfy the client, as efficiently and as effectively as possible. We focus on clients with solid collateral who cannot get approved through traditional banks for one of many reasons. We look at the asset and the overall story. We primarily see: - Real estate transactions (purchase and cash outs): commercial, residential, industrial, vacant land, boat slips, etc. - Yachts, aircraft - Trucks and construction equipment $100k+ - Exotic cars, RVs, luxury transport PROS: - Fastest in the industry - No prepayment penalty is standard *unless otherwise stated* - No cap on broker commissions - We fund NATIONWIDE - 50 states including US territories - We approve deals that very few lenders are willing to approve If the merchant has strong equity on a marketable asset, we can get an approval. CONS: - We're not selling a cheap rate - Our LTVs are conservative and depend on merchant profile and asset If a deal makes financial sense, we can get an approval within an hour, assuming we have all the necessary info required. We are looking for finance brokers. If you would like to sign up as a broker with us, learn more about our requisites, or just want to run a transaction by me, then please feel free send me a message. Thank you. -
Yesterday, 11:48 AMTheUnderwriter replied to a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceI can understand if some brand new user using a 'free email' came on and posted some crazy stuff about a certain funder or broker with no evidence on why that would be taken down but the stuff mentioned here is insane to me and the admin needs to do better. No reason certain post should be taken down just because people are 'paid sponsors'. If the paid sponsor was a thief or had a lengthy criminal record who showed the same bad habits again and again - that post should stay. And if you as a company want to keep taking that persons money as a sponsor thats on you for your poor morals. -
Yesterday, 11:40 AMI have a client in Texas who owns an oil and gas distribution company. Last 3 months banks are 2mil, 35k, 5k. His average balance is 500k. He is looking for 100-200k. Is there a way he can qualify based on his ending balances? Thanks -

Yesterday, 10:54 AMfreeprocessing started a thread Meged - massive backdoor shop and funding refis and add ons w/o mentioning or paying in Merchant Cash AdvanceI have been a senior member on this site for years and a member since 2017. If this gets deleted or I get banned it is only because Meged is or was an advertiser. Meged has been caught on multiple occasions funding refis and add ons behind our back. Any proof needed, feel free to DM. This is not a random act. If he can do this to me, he will do it to you. You are talking about someone that has been to his house and even "friends". One situation was caught a while ago and explained away. The other one was caught recently and then after that, another situation came to light as well. Each time there was a different excuse. And each time an excuse was argued, he tried another one. On one of the deals, the refi was never paid out because the merchant was having "payment issues" but then they proceeded to fund the deal approximately seven times since. -
