Yesterday, 05:16 PMHi, some people replying to this thread don't know how to read, lol. Besides the point, referrals, cold calling shops, CPA's, CC processing companies, fund more deals ( they can find you if you are in bank statements/courts) Those are just my two cents, good luck!

Yesterday, 01:04 PMDennisM started a thread 🚀 CS Lend Fuji 3.0 Is Live: Origination Without the Shared Inbox in PromotionsA lot of origination teams still run their day out of a shared inbox. Brokers email for status updates, revised terms, contracts, and changes. Teams bounce between email and CRM just to keep deals moving. As volume grows, follow-ups get missed, visibility drops, and deal execution becomes harder to manage. CS Lend Fuji 3.0 addresses this by bringing origination communication directly into the deal. Teams can read and reply to emails from the Opportunity, track follow-ups with tasks, search across the full borrower lifecycle, and validate bank data at entry. The goal is simple: fewer inbox-driven workflows, clearer ownership, and faster execution without adding headcount. Full release overview here 👉 https://link.cloudsquare.io/Fzo0

Yesterday, 11:48 AMCan anyone recommend a solid lead gen source for live real-time exclusive leads? Live transfer, or real-time delivered? Price isn't a problem, neither is capacity. We're only booking about 15 deals per month, but having trouble growing organically. Looking for some advice. Any help is much appreciated. Kind regards, Josh / 267-218-1110 / [email protected] -
Yesterday, 11:41 AMAppreciate the advice! Thank you -
Yesterday, 11:36 AMI think you run a real risk of losing control if you farm them out to another broker or Super ISO. What i would recommend is using a reliable offshore company where you can hire openers for cheap and give them a small commissions split on top to keep them motivated. I personally use a company not in the MCA space because i dont trust anyone here. Try calling Jack 516-732-9362 at Cheaperteam.com hes very honest and he'll let you know if this is a good idea or not. -
Yesterday, 11:22 AMSo why should someone let you run their ads vs run their own or use someone not tied to MCA who might sell their data or dump it to debt companies for $ later? -
02-10-2026, 10:27 PMLook at your source code for your web site. The SEO Bots will index those words. -
02-10-2026, 07:28 PMYeah def. For me it happened organically luckily, but thats a smart play. Intent and quality is sky high -

02-10-2026, 06:27 PMI actually just set up my robots.txt file last week so ChatGPT can crawl my site. I believe it would have regardless, since I didn't have any robots blocked, but I just wanted to make sure! lol
-
02-10-2026, 06:26 PMThanks for this! I've seen a few different sites that are similar but they scare me. I've heard a lot of bad things about buying backlinks.
-
02-10-2026, 06:25 PMI couldn't agree with you more. I would much rather invest in SEO and generate my own leads than pay someone for crappy leads that have been sold to 20 other firms.
-
02-10-2026, 06:23 PMWhere did you get that meta description from? My homepage? And no I'm not in real estate at all. lol But those may be from the icon set I'm using, not entirely sure.
-
02-10-2026, 06:21 PMI don't feel as though it's dead, I believe it's overlooked now because it can be daunting to rank. But I believe it can still bring in a lot of business that you may have missed otherwise.
-
02-10-2026, 06:12 PMHonestly, if you want a piece of mind I'd suggested paying someone a competitive salary. If you have that amount of volume coming it, I don't think it would be an issue for you. That way you don't have to worry if they're backdooring you, and if you pay them enough, then they'll work hard. You could also offer bonuses to increase their work ethic and increase output.

02-10-2026, 04:53 PMDo you people read at all? He's a direct funder looking for tips on finding new brokers. Stop spamming without using your brains. Kiran - I would recommend going out to any of the shows being put on either by DeBanked or the other guys, in-person networking is big in our space. Once you have some relationships down, people tend to find you if you're funding. I often get people reaching out to us because they saw us in bank statements, or we competed on a file.
