On a 1st position I most likely won't be your best bet for 2m+. That being said the largest deal I've done which had pay history with me was 3.5m, granted it was a renewal but the first deal I did for this merchant was 1.5m. If the deal makes sense for a 7 figure offer, I can get there. Please feel free to reach out if I can be of any help.

I've had success with a few private and hard money lenders.

That's the problem, you will never know why or how the deal died in the final, not ever underwriter or the rep has any idea what's going on. In the final, you take all stips (a thousand stips you are asking), do a hard credit check, and come as a decline with no reason

The new COO was a good guy. No MCA experience though. Came from Rocket Mortgages but seemed like a smart guy. Their whole business model is remote now since Covid. I forgot I knew a sales rep there who I believe is doing well there. I should of told him to vouch for me. Maybe I could of saved you from what you just experienced but I know plenty others who experience the same thing with Greenbox. I don't understand how brokers allow it since the times a broker reached out and asked for info - I always gave it to them good, bad and the ugly but they never said 'I have no idea why my deal died in final Underwriting'. I Don't understand how that is a thing since if I did that, I KNOW I would get blown up endlessly.

They are accepting new apps from existing brokers, but funding is on pause until further notice. They claimed there wont be major changes to the product and the reason for the pause is due to exceptionally high volume.
