We sent a deal early this morning to Pearl Capital in which Pearl declined the deal completely due to “credit” it diddn’t meet there requirements. I get another deal for the merchant pitch him and he tells me he already has contracts out from Pearl Capital. I ask him to send me proof and he sends me proof of the contract from them. When I called my rep there he tells me that certain isos get more priority over other isos therefore the system will auto-decline the deals which sounds extremely shady and makes no sense. I honestly think we got backdoored here and if anyone wants to see I have the email from Pearl declining it for not meeting their credit requirements and then the contract being sent to merchant same day.

Most brokers in this industry don't have the time or background to think about the stats so I will attempt to shed some light for those of you who have inspirations to run a company at a larger scale. Odds of Getting a Submission Right and a great Offer - these are basic odds to consider: - Merchant request: They want either the most money, the best term/payment, or the lowest payback amount. - Funders: to put it simply - They look at revenue minimums (general and industry-specific), industry, cash flow, negative days and NSF, credit score, background, and existing funder. Based on this if you are a smaller broker shop with limited partnerships - say 10 funders - your odds of a correct submission are less than 15%. Unless of course you're one of those who submit to all 10 every time than your odds of getting your agreement revoked is 100%. For most brokers out there - say 40-50 funder partnerships - and submits to 4-5 partners at a time, your odds of getting that submission right is 0.65%. So less than 1% chance. But unless you are brand spanking new to the industry, its not likely that you're submitting blindly, you'll be able to match to the best of your ability. Assuming you match revenue and industry but gamble on credit and background, your odds of a great match are less than 9%. That leaves you submitting each files multiple times adjusting to funder feedback, exposing your risk to backdooring if you don’t have a due diligence process or a way to track backdooring. B2 Systems was created as a proprietary software to solve that problem within B2 Capital 3 years ago. It automatically takes a submission, underwrites the file and finds the highest matching odds for submission while having safety measures for any backdooring. We include our already vetted list of funders internally who B2 Capital used for the last 9 years and run continuous vetting on those funders so you don’t have to think about it. We are now opening this up externally for everyone to have this edge. Imagine how much time and money you'll get back. B2 Systems will empower your business to the next level of enterprise. We are close to launching, we have 14 companies on the waitlist already, get free early access if you get chosen for our Beta run or early access discount if you are on the waitlist when we launch. There were 3 deals i caught them on and probably a dozen deals they did withouy me moticing. They call your merchant a day or two after funding and offer them deals through Moneywell GRP as well as Cambrige funding. They send the contracts (foolishly) through the Kash-Advance docusign, but the contracts will say Moneywll or Cambrige. When you submit for a refi they either decline due to stacking (it was them who stacked) or they offer a deal with reduced commission. See picture of them reaching out to my merchant directly....it was my iso rep he didnt even try to hide his number or name. Stay FAR away.

Hey DF happy Tuesday I wanted to ask the community how everyone gets their leads since everyone does things differently. Some people generate their own leads (organically) so to speak some people run paid ads, some people invest in leads and custom tailor it to what exactly they're seeking for their business. Im curious to hear everyone's feedback and if you do invest in leads and want an alternative or additional leads source I can help. No gun to your head only simply an option that's suitable to you if needed. Enjoy the day everyone and looking forward to reading all the feedback. ~Logan Plovnick AC&C Media Group Logan@accmediagroup.com

I have a question for the Veterans in this space. Those guys that have been in MCA their whole life. Is MCA still a strong industry during times like these, where the stock market is hanging on by a thread and inflation/prices are crazy? Is it typically stronger during these times or weaker? Does it favor brokers or lenders?

Nebula Financing - BIG - BLACKBRIDGE - see them in deals but cannot find any feedback from other ISOs Forest Capital - Been beat out 2-3 times in some pretty ridiculous circumstances by these guys, curious if they are legit & work with isos or if this is some funder's low-key shop. thanks yall

Hey everyone, New to the forum but not new to the space. I recently branched out and launched my own broker shop after spending the last few years under a large super ISO. Wanted to finally build something of my own and serve merchants with more flexibility and transparency. I’m getting my stack of lenders and funders in place now and was hoping to get some honest feedback on A-F lenders. I’ve heard mixed things – some say they’re aggressive with approvals, others say their underwriting can be a bit up and down. Just trying to get a real read before I start submitting files. Would love to hear: How’s their communication? Consistency with approvals and fundings? Renewal structure and merchant satisfaction? Do they hold up their end with commission payouts? Any insight would be super helpful. Happy to return the favor if anyone ever needs input on other shops I've worked with. Appreciate it in advance. Let’s build 💼🚀

the user stevenbaron talks as if he is the batman of the MCA space if i had to guess he is probably someone who has failed in the industry for doing all the things he is claiming other companies are doing i do agree the industry does need to be cleaned away of all the bad actors but i believe that it all stems from the ”Larger reputable mca funders” not being able to protect their paperwork or selling their declines the reason i say this is because the thieves in this industry arent investing in lead generation they are paying the reputable funders for their paper that they dont fund.

I had 2 merchants within the last week send me fake term sheets that they got presented from these 2 firms that literally used the same exact verbiage on both pdf's. "First 12 Months: Interest Free - 0% APR" "Remaining 48 Months: Fixed Rate of 12% APR - Total of 60 Months"

Complaints coming in about Infusion Capital. Looking into them....they doing 30% bank fees, will debit same day, on a 10d deal. So, for example funding 10k, netting the merchant 7k, debiting same day 1499/d. You can't sell this type of deal without lies and deception. This is the reason the industry is getting more negative attention. Merchants are getting hurt. Real funders in the file have no choice to lower their debits. Fake funder. As always, the proof as been shared with me.

I did some digging on sky advance after michael miller tried to talk ****. Anyone know the correlation between these two? I hear subs to Liberty are getting backdoored by Sky advance from different isos. Greenpoint renamed to liberty due to being a carrot funder. Sky advance trustpilot showed everything you need to know about those scumbags. It wouldn't shock me if this was going on. Anyone notice a trend who subs to liberty? Idk who tf would but if you do share your experiences.

I have a restaurant that has been in business for one year, averaging $24,000 in monthly deposits over the past three months. However, due to low ending balances, most funders have declined the deal. The merchant has previously taken and fully repaid an advance. Unfortunately, switching payment processors is not an option, as it would require purchasing new equipment. No current positions. Any takers? Last 3 Months: January $27,877 in deposits/$657 ending balance February $22,827 in deposits/$404 ending balance March $25,232 in deposits/$1,827 ending balance
