Been in this space since 2015....best year was $275K strictly with MCA's, no syndications , no backdooring, no affiliates and no collateral loans (WBL) all on my own. Could probably beat those numbers if I co-brokered or syndicate but don't trust anyone to do either lol.

Typically when you have transfers into a business account, lender will want to see the bank statements of the personal account too as several merchants have Square to their personal account and then transferred into the business account. Then the lender will look at the square deposits in the personal account as a merchant credit card statement.

Stop calling UCC's UCCs are not what they were 15 years ago. There is no magic source for UCC's, they all suck. Unless you buy only Bank UCC's and/or Equipment Finance or Leasing UCC's, pretty much anything EXCEPT MCA UCC's. The Majority of MCA Companies do not file UCC's unless there is payment issues, to stop their clients from being solicited. So with MCA UCC's you are getting Defaulters. Buy AGED Submissions, Funded Deals, Declines, Web Leads or Live Transfers.... literally any other lead offering is better than UCC's.

Depends what kind of offer your looking for 100 day Deals..... pretty much anyone can do. If you want a 10-12 Month 2nd Position, the heard thins out a bit.
