That is the exact email that Commercial Finance Partners sent out Friday. And I would believe that the no "upfront" fee is meant as no out of pocket fees.

Cant sign anything until the SBA goes through its rule-making process - which they must complete in no longer than 10-15 days.Nothing is operational yet. The $10,000 cash advance is handled directly on the SBA website (have to download 2 forms, hand-sign, and then drag and drop into a dropbox like format on the webpage). PPP will be handled by SBA lenders. Will need to provide SBA app, year P&L, payroll report or paystubs, bank statements, utility bills, rent/lease payments, bank statements, operating agreement, drivers license, articles of incorp, and some others.

You are incompetent about anything finance related. You don’t back up anything you say with any facts. Btw I just funded 2 deals this last week. MCA is one of the best ROIs out there for investors. See Lendini lasts closing.Breakout also was bought out. Guggenheim,Goldman, Cantor Fitzgerald IBs you never heard of.Smart money & boutique investment banks just got in 4q of 2019. MCA aren’t going anywhere buddy. Go cry in the corner you make no money

    1) the EIDL is fairly useless. Yes, there may be reasons for people to pay as documents do need to be packaged. Not every borrower needs to have them packaged but some do need help. 2) even as the PPP isn’t up and running, the documents needed to get in line need to be prepared and made ready to place with 7(a) lenders. The documents needed are essentially known. Who are you quoting? And while you say there isn’t an upfront fee, how many points are being charged in the backend? 2? 3?

Our partner would like to share the latest information on New Covid 19 SBA Program. New COVID 19 SBA Information (updated 3/27) Before the week was out, we wanted to provide updates to our clients, partners, and friends on the latest developments with Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL), SBA 7a Relief Loans part of CARES and Keeping American Workers Paid and Employed Act, and our normal loan application process. A few important notes: • The only program readily available today is the EIDL program that is through the SBA Disaster website directly. These loans are being processed on a first come first serve basis, but it appears the government website is severely strained with too many applications and difficulties completing the process. • Based on our opinion and review, there is no reason to pay someone to apply you for an EIDL loan- the application documents and information can be found on the website and we are hearing of many scams with individuals or companies trying to monetize a process they do not understand or can't meaningfully affect. • Part of the CARES Act that is awaiting the President's signature provides SBA 7a loans to companies to cover payroll and certain expenses. Again, this program is not up and running and there are non-lenders trying to solicit applications for this program despite it not being active. • The new SBA 7a Loans benefits still need to be reviewed by the SBA. This might take additional time, even if the bill is signed. These loans will be funded through SBA lenders, not directly through the SBA like the EIDL program, and we expect to be able to continue to help our clients through this application. • We are encouraging our clients to apply through the normal SBA 7a process with us. We are expecting to be able to integrate the SBA Relief/Payroll Loans into our normal application process- with expedited review times. * No Upfront Fee

I personally don't give a flying *** whether you have doubts, I have nothing to prove to you. Secondly, my Premium Domain Sales are private, I don't sell on auctions and even if I did, I'm sure not going to provide access to my account. Virtual Real Estate in a huge business - you don't have to believe - I enjoy it - it is fun and I earn a profit. As of June 2019, the root domain contains 1530 top-level domains, and will probably grow. - I happen to believe their is a huge upside in the new TLD's for branding purposes. Network Solutions seems to agree with me. "Your domain name — it's how the online world finds you. Distinguish your name using detailed extensions .company, .solutions, .expert, or .attorney. Own different versions of your domain name to ensure customers find you, not an imposter.

WE all know these are unusual times and it may feel like the world has come to a standstill. The USA is a $19 Trillion Dollar Economy - if only 50% is operation, that leaves us with a $9.5 Trillion Dollar Economy - That still is a large amount $$$ and their is opportunity available. Even with this so-called 2 Trillion Stimulus - there are companies that will need capital. SBA 7(a) funds up to $5 Million and there are companies that may qualify for that amount of funding. Some sites to review: https://www.ien.com/ http://www.industrynet.com If you are going to stay in the game - put your thinking cap on.

Thanks Dave. I appreciate the insight. Again. Post your auction account of how much you sold on your portfolio and put all doubt to rest. You can run the show here on domain acquisition. Show me some numbers that you personally have gained from these assets and i would be be extremely excited to buy them.

Invest some time and learn & if the light bulb goes off you may want to participate: Virtual Real Estate is big business - each domain is unique Cannabis is a large business and will continue to grow each year. Some reports predict that in several years that it will be in the range of $25 Billion - With any growing industry, there will be disputes and people will be seeking legal advice. I own 2 Premium Domains and they are for sale/lease - that a lawyer, law firm, branding/marketing agency, or a company that generates leads for lawyers may be find useful for Organic SEO - Currently all major search engines and social media do not allow advertising and some Bar Associations limit how an Attorney can promote their services. www.usacannabis.attorney www.usacannabis.lawyer Research Material: Go Daddy Auctions Domains https://www.godaddy.com/auctions/domain-auctions?isc=goodnag01e&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0eXrkqK86AIVQV8NCh1ogwm1EAAYAiAAEgJKivD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Domain Guide For Beginners: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/blog/2014/02/25/a-beginners-guide-to-domain-auctions/ Domain Auction Sites: https://hosting.review/tutorial/domain-auction-sites/

Dave, Thanks man. You have an interesting portfolio. It is in *my opinion* that your 300 Domain Portfolio is worth 300 x $12. If you show me why I am incorrect I'd be super interested in buying some from you. I want to learn your game. School me. Show me the numbers beyond these posts.

Hey Dave, Totally appreciate that and didnt mean to pry. I'm a believer of people that show proof of concept on paper rather than just saying so. Many people look at numbers vs details. I felt if you showed some level of example of your domain selling profitability perhaps you could mentor others. No harm meant. If I pumped leads that convert at x amount i presume people would ask me how and why I say that. No harm meant. Thanks Dave.
