Yesterday, 08:56 PMI'm confused... Hunter is a great guy (probably the best) and you worked with him, yet you're talking to him now without realizing it, and despite all the love and all the high priced lunches, he wants his name out of your mouth immediately? Was it that time you just finished lifting heavy at the gym, and you needed your protein and he insulted you by ordering all tofu Chinese food?

Yesterday, 07:36 PMLenders aren't going to be on this site for commercial real estate. I have a number of lenders I use....and only have 20+ years doing it but whatever. Try Scotsman's Guide. Just be forwarned, the response there is pretty bad. Also: https://www.funderintel.com/top-commercial-real-estate-lenders But again your post doesn't make any sense...but good luck anyways.

Yesterday, 06:48 PMAnother complete donk thats going to be banned within a couple of days. Probably some pop up getting subs backdoor style from some shi* funder and acting like he is a lead gen guru. If you are so good, drop your info here so everyone can verify it. If not, run back under your rock and go beg some loser for more packs to flip.

Yesterday, 06:32 PMSteve, Thank you for your recommendations, but I am looking for actual lenders and not brokers for responses. I am aware of the questions you posed.

Yesterday, 05:38 PMWhy are they wanting to refinance out of a 5 year arm only after 7 months? It's just fixed for 5 years with a longer amortization. That's the way commercial loans are underwritten. They probaby already have 20 - 30 year amortization. So I think what you are looking for is a 30 year fixed and this doesn't make any sense. Unless it's a 5 year with a balloon? Clarify it for me.

Yesterday, 05:25 PMClient with three investment Commercial Retail/Restaurant bldgs. looking to refinance out of current 5 -yr. ARM renewed approximately 7 months ago. They are seeking long-term financing (20-30 yr. terms preferred) with no PG. Properties appraised in January 2023 for $12.5MM, and they owe approx. $6MM. Properties are 100 percent occupied, and are located in Tyler, TX. Please advise if you are interested in funding this asset.

Yesterday, 05:06 PMFunny how these problems are easily solved with a proper identity verification / instant checkout solution, yet these supposedly large funders (like Fora) are unable to put something together.

Yesterday, 03:03 PMDonMcGrath started a thread Did anyone know this type of insurance existed for ISOS? in Merchant Cash Advance"Due to you having been dropped as a premiere client with www.DumbLeads.com - your AMALGAMATED METRICS insurance policy has been suspended indefinitely." "You will no longer receive commissions on deals that you personally failed to fund, effective immediately. All deals currently in your pipeline will be reassigned to salespeople that actually work for a living." "Should you find a new provider that sells lead that close themselves, feel free to re-apply for an AM policy, and we will likely reinstate your policy with the extreme prejudice we provide for all our loafers, er... members."
