Today, 12:53 PMProsperum blows. I cut them off a while back. A rep at the time changed our contract, adding different Prepays and sent it to the merchant while adding in a PSF fee but tied the PSF fee into the contract. Never trusted them since.

Today, 11:54 AMJust in case you cannot find a real line of credit my mca first positions work kind of like a line of credit. We do not refinance the merchants balances on renewal. We add the new money to the back end extend the term out longer and when the old balance is finished they start paying on the new balance. Also if they take less money than qualified for we can give early renewals and make it more of a credit line type of program. This cam be good for other clients as well. Yesterday, 08:14 PMAsking for direct lender only is an unrealistic request as I doubt that are any hard money real estate direct lenders on this site.... 2nd mortgage on the commercial property up to 70% CLTV possible 5 years 18% - 24%. Funding a MCA using real estate is high cost. Just do a 2nd lien.
