I swear this looks just like one of thoese deals where you call you data sheet, & run into the same merchants w/ the same projects that haven't funded year after year. It's like I ran into that deal before, but like 2 years back..

Can't vouch for Fundquest. Never heard of them. However, Newco, that team that used to be Pearl Capital from back in the day, never had any issues w/ them. On the contrary. Stand-up funders. Alan Miller, Sara Seizes. Serious no-nonsense people as far back as I can remember.

That's who I went to first... They said the deal was "too complex for them..." I have a client with a $2MM corp bond, seeking $1.6-1.7MM.

Great team of guys there, very solid approvals, easy to fund with. Haven't had any issues with them whatsoever, very aggressive on offers if you communicate the situation. Id get these guys on your books if you don't already have them !

Just started working with Equita Advance last week, already funded a few deals together. Hopefully no issues, they push to make sure their offers fund. Heard only good things so far. I wanted to share this because I have been having problems with lenders lately to fund a deal or get my commission, but they have been solid so far! Eli Cole ‪(201) 208-2379‬

The client has a patent on a highly innovative medical device with an enhanced medical delivery system and is preparing to take the company public. The global medical drug delivery market is projected to surpass $1 Trillion by 2030. A public shell has been identified with a extremely well qualified facilitator engaged to assist in taking the company public. The funding amount requested is $465,000 with $395,000 for the shell, $35,000 for audit fees(CPA), $35,000 for attorney's fees. Here is what is being offered to the investors for financing the shell and they would accept a larger amount if the investor requires it. — Issued up to 100,000 free trading shares. After the 1.5 million shares are sold at $7.00, their shares could be sold for $700,000 within a period of around 90 days. — Issued 1 million shares of the company stock that are restricted that can be sold in about 6 months, probably at a price of around $10-$15.00. If you have any investors that deal in public shells, please contact me. I have a package I can send out.

Who is versed in that type of funding? I mean FUNDING based on a corp bond; not the multiple-day runaround... Not the bank statements; not the real estate; the CORPORATE BOND. What's the max LTV? Is there anyone out there doing 80% LTV funding off the bond value? How soon can funding occur? Asking for a client... I have a client w/ $2MM Corporate Bond, seeking $1.6MM ASAP. How feasible? How fast? @ what cost? Thanks

Cute, but if the marketing it under this name, it's kind of like saying "aside from Him, we got the capital." EinMilvado Capital would work. E for Effort if that's really what they're calling themselves

We do lead generation and have a bunch of solid leads for sale. We have high quality merchants that have recently inquired for funding. This would be a good chance to build a solid book of business. Reach out for more info. (813)774-0568
