For all of you that have Zero Clue, these leads are scraped from Businesses who have been on Lending websites looking for Money for their business. The leads come with First and Last Name, Cell Phone Number, Email address, company website, company address. The Social Media link and page to either their linkedin, Facebook, or IG. The leads are added to my system through Python Scraping and run through my computer system to make sure the cell phone, email address and all data is accurate and correct. We run these leads through my company led by a Data Scientist who is a PHD. This system is the most sophisticated system, that is in the marketplace today. You can laugh and make fun of us all you want but this is solid data. Usually, the idiots who don't do business and chase their tail are the ones who need to write about others for their lack of their own ego.

How is a funder-lender to know the business owner information is accurate?

Agreed for some reason despite being a Priority 1 iso through the majority of past 18 months our iso rep has changed 3x Pricing is very aggressive , truly a very unique box , if you understand it well & are a priority 1 / 2 broker, they will fund deals in lots of situations that seemingly no-one else can / is willing to, Obviously as a broker that is huge for us to retain clients long term, And EPA's are the best in the game going out like 75% of the term. as for layoffs cant speculate as an outsider but they have been pretty public about changing their standard operating procedure , cutting down on ISO reps to instead grow the team of UW's. Only complaint is the funding checkout bank verification -- Had well over 20 clients do the checkout & only Once has the BV worked.

Point is its an extra step as it costs them $ to pull background if they can even get approved for TLO or Lexus Nexus etc and even then doesnt always have updated data.

These arent leads, this is raw data. Helps if you provide what datapoints you can provide and where you scraped the data from so potential buyers can see if it fits their needs.
