Yesterday, 10:45 PMSome good CRMs: Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive I’ve seen teams struggle with clunky systems like SugarCRM that don’t align with their custom workflows or lending needs. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share more about our platform — built specifically for lenders — that leverages AI for lead enrichment, bank statement analysis, custom reports, and more. Yesterday, 04:39 PMVersa is one of the first ISOs I had when I started years ago. Shaheen is a real good quality dude but I can say the same about Arthur @ Fusion. Real good dude as well. Just squash it out fellas--$10K-$30K is not worth the bad reputation

Yesterday, 03:37 PMThey generally send you a demand letter first. Most of them just shoot those around to see who is a sucker and pays them. I would wait until you're actually served papers(if they actually serve you papers). Remove that name from your system and do not call them again. If you're served papers, then you need to actually deal with it. Don't take an asprin before you get a headache.

Yesterday, 03:35 PMWe also fund high risk and thrive on our fast turnaround times.

Yesterday, 03:31 PMGreat idea and there is a plug and play approach. But if you make it public, the litigators will just make adjustments. I believe I’ve crossed paths with a Robert Kline, if I remember correctly. There were no damages and no settling. Settling also makes you a future target, because they have a precedent and a history with you now.

Yesterday, 02:35 PMI think it's great that you fight them, I usually just settle to avoid any aggravation. I think a post should be started listing these bottom feeding losers! Here are three of them you might want to get out of your system. Phillip Read 512-799-2084 Robert D. Kline 570-658-3448 James Julian 913-908-1687

Yesterday, 02:35 PMWe have been funding Versa's files for years and can say we have had minimal problems with their files, they are quick to hop on top of files that we let them know are bouncing, have always paid back their claw backs. (in the rare cases they have a defaulting merchant) To fusion, as funders we are used to getting stacked. doesn't matter if it's from the same iso or another iso. it's part of our game and our job as funders to ensure that doesn't happen and the merchant is fully informed on the decision and consequences on login and funding call. You have every right to remove them from your platform if you feel the need to. but not paying commission on a paying deal is bad business.

Yesterday, 02:32 PMMaybe someone can make a plug & play approach to deal with these TCPA jerks? I'm not just talking a Youtube video. I'm talking like a webapp with AI to generate some variations in the email that goes out. I'm not sure how it would work, but there's got to be a cheaper way if everyone is always dealing with them. Maybe an attorney can make it and sell the "package" for VERY cheap?

Yesterday, 01:36 PMDM me, I’ve been dealing with all the usual litigator clowns for years. I’ve successfully defended against them. Hiring a lawyer means he’s going to give you an option where him and the other lawyer makes money. Before you do that, show me what they have on you, because 95% of the time you do NOT need a lawyer. These litigators are scammers themselves, and they usually don’t want a fight, regardless of the “class action” wording they use.

Yesterday, 01:11 PMVersaBusinessSystems replied to a thread Beware of Versa Business Systems (ISO) in Merchant Cash AdvanceThis is just sad man. 1 its a lie and we fired the employee that did it and 2 the merchant has a 26k average daily balance and hasnt missed any payments nor is going too. You are only doing this because i promised to put you out of business if you dont pay what is owed just like we have done for every lender who doesnt pay the commissions they are supposed too. You know damn well a bad employee did this i even sent you proof. We have a great reputation in the industry for a reason we do good business if we didnt i think we would have had a bad review by now dont u? We have funded thousands of businesses and have an 85% renewal rate yet never had a bad review of complaint from a client. Can you say the same? No of course you cant. I dont let people lie and steal from me. You send the commission you owe then you dont have to worry about me going all over fox nbc abc youtube yahoo finance and our podcast that is in the top 100 on apple to let the world know you don't pay your iso's or partners. My only tools arent daily funder and debanked like you guys we arent just a business funder we are a business consulting firm that focuses on helping businesses succeed so dont make me do this please.

Yesterday, 12:17 PMif your still pulling your payments and the deal hasn't gone south. pay them their commission then don't accept any more deals from them.

Yesterday, 12:06 PMI’ve been through plenty of swings with my crypto portfolio and the urge to just bail can hit hard during big dips. What I usually do is zoom out, look at the longer-term trends, and try not to make emotional decisions. Sometimes holding on has paid off, especially with projects that actually have some volume and activity, rather than just hype. If you’re dealing with coins on ecosystems like Solana, some folks use a raydium liquidity enhancer to keep trading active and boost liquidity, which helps with smoother exits or entries if you need to react quickly. Kind of adds another layer of options beyond just holding or panic selling.
