Ooooooh how original! Given you have been in the business so many years and have funded so many high risk deals (allegedly), you should probably understand the risks involved with providing merchant cash advances and that not every deal is a winner. Despite our efforts to provide all submissions with high risk and high dollar offers on reasonable terms based on the risk factors involved in the hopes they can fulfill their obligations, some may result in payment issues and yes, litigation. Im not sure what your vendetta is against our company but my phone has not rang, nor have I received any emails regarding your issues. You have failed to do anything more than badmouth a company on a forum thread that did not even involve us in the first place.

I will say, I did edit my post to clarify that I was referring to Lifetime and not Unite America! I apologize as well that Unite America was lumped into what I was saying!

Sorry to be late to this discussion. I work for a top 15 SBA lender, and we pay referral fees on most of our deals. It is not considered a contingent fee if you negotiate a referral fee as a percentage from the lender. As for trying to collect fees outside of closing and disclosure, I would strongly caution against doing so. The SBA 159 form, signed by both the borrower and the referral source, states no outside fee has been charged. The SBA is very serious about imposing penalties on fees not reported. Not only would you find yourself on the SBA banned list, the borrower would also invariably be placed on the banned list and jeopardize them doing business again with the SBA, possibly including future SBA guaranteed loans but also disaster recovery that is administered by the SBA. The SBA has a very long memory. Once you get on their banned list, you won't get off. You may also find that the SBA communicates the banned list to other federal governmental agencies, and you'll risk being banned by other agencies. I pay at least a 1% to 1.5% referral fee on all my deals. We are a preferred lender with the SBA and can offer very competitive pricing on CRE-secured SBA deals. We can also close much faster than most SBA lenders, as fast as 30 days or less. If you want a reputable lender with a higher degree of execution, we can help.

You can't ask without introducing yourself as well lol As a FYI, i've been in this industry for 7.5 years and i funded and refi'd probably over 50 high risk deals with Unite America. Never missed a commission payment. So ya, I don't want to list other lenders that backdoored 3-5 deals I sent them. Or maybe should I list them?! If you want to call me PM me ill give you my cell number

If you can send me financials I can look at structuring a acquisition. May want to take those funds from personal assets or personal loan so not to mess up the business operations. I'd look at personal tax return, Fico, schedule of real estate of owner that wants to do the buy out.

I'm a bit perturbed with the phrasing of this sentence. National "used to only need 1 deposit per month" Well how much lower can you go before the merchant is unqualified?
