The biggest issue we have had is they asked their lender of recent for a reduced payment and I know that�s a red flag but the business is solid cash flow between 150-200k per month. We do not offer cash advances, but some of the brokers in the community refer us factoring and ABL prospects. We gladly pay referral fees based on net spread over he life of a deal or a one time fee. Several months ago one of our referring brokers presented us a prospect who had taken advances in the past, admitted it was a costly mistake, and wished to set up a revolving factoring facility. It was a smaller company, but growing quickly in an industry we now extremely well. It took a little longer to close as the prospect's books and records were a bit of a mess, but we pressed on to a close. This is what is crazy....... For weeks.....yes weeks......
