IF the merchants depended on the never-existing fake promise to plan their business and the business took a hit when the fake LOC did not show up, then the original lender and source of funds is responsible for letting this happen. The main responsible entity is the source of funds who are enabling these scams to operate. Probably most people's brain is to limited to understand this, that's because it is the real solution- hold the original source of funding responsible and you'll see how fast this fake LOC scams disappears.... and if that is not being done, then there is no intention of making this go away, as that is big part of this fraud operation.

06-05-2026, 02:23 PMWere based in California and focus specifically on A & B paper. We do 1.24 buy rates and 15 months max term. Most deals are usually biweekly. Occasionally monthly if the file is that good. The average deals are around the 13 month mark and bi weekly. Minimum revenues are 350k!! We also do flex payments for the first two months if they owe 100k month well have them pay 50 the first two months so its easy on the merchant.
