plenty of microfunders out there. 1.60 paying 8pts? on 30 day term with 15% in fees? btw even less on renewals. There's better out there for microdeals. Try out Olympus. They also do alot of weekly's on small deals. Try CFG, Bitty, Forward, Aspire Only deal with funders that will give 40d term minimum, that dont debit the same day they fund, and rate should be max 1.499. Anything else, is just greed. (or the file is so bad and in that case it should be a decline anyways)

The idea is not using SBA's to bait merchants to take an MCA. Now merchants will know that if they take an MCA and they are getting their SBA, lets say in a month, then the term of that MCA, will only be a month. We'll see what happens. Maybe early-pay-offs would be fair. Even in that case, there's never a real guarantee an SBA funds. Time will tell what happens in this space.

Plenty more. Which are related? Who knows. I'm really too busy with the LOC scams. We're getting much more traction and quicker than I thought. All eyes are on the way the deals are sold. No ifs or buts. You trick your merchant into taking a short deal or you trick him into paying off early, or trick him into upfront fees but never fund....all wire fraud. Good luck to the ones that have done it for years. Either way, here's a list of Debt relief guys. I'm sure you guys recognize a few and can comment on them. I have contact phone numbers if needed. Depends on what industry you are looking to fund. Most industries 100k -3m Real estate development we start at 20m and go to 500m Lending we offer facilities starting at 50m and capping at 1bn (dependent on history and type of lending) We have a few other programs that are niche specific but its dependent on the situation.

We have a surplus of leads and are in need of experienced salesmen in the business loan brokerage space. We source our own leads and provide thousands / month to call through. These leads are not beaten up and it is normal to come across high rev clients looking for MCA/SBA/LOC. If you are burned out from calling beaten up leads on low commission, this is a great opportunity for you. 50% commission on deals you close from leads we provide. If a deal is closed from your own book, the commission is 55%. We focus on MCA, SBA, LOC, ABL for high rev clients who need more than 1MM, and equipment. We have various other loan products, but these are sufficient for most clients. Successful experience in this industry is required. We need people who are able to work full time. If you are disciplined, consistent and highly motivated you have high potential to make a terrific living here. For inquiries, please email james@halfordcapital.com with your resume/experience. www.halfordcapital.com

Unfortunately, that is what most think since and instead of speaking with anyone they make assumptions and pass up what other ISO's have discovered to be the best solution for merchants who they know are only taking a 5th on a hope and a prayer that this one "Fixes" the cash flow problem. Reverses didn't work, funders fund after them still, now SBA is out. The biggest difference is the word "settlement". The extra steps assure the funders get paid 100% and as quickly as possible, usually within days to weeks. Lets face it, NO Funder wants any change in their ACH. But when you have a merchant that is missing payments with one funder, they are likely missing with the other positions. Would you rather have a grab bag of enforcers doing whatever at any given time with their verbal agreements to lower/reduce payments and then increase without notice, draft a higher amount, etc. or a mediator that has been working with funders for 10 years, has multiple files with funders at a given time, and will not settle for a less than amount owed even if the merchant wants it? In 10 years our model has not changed. The merchant does not pay a penny more than what they owe and the funder gets back 100% principal and interest. As I said before, we are advocates of the RBFC, have ISO's and Funders you know that are enrolled with us as well. Its just for the reason you stated, it sounds like debt settlement even though it isn't. Its a small industry. If a merchant wants to pay anything less they need to go elsewhere. We encourage merchants who have 1-2 positions to work with the funders directly. Especially when they are reputable funders. However, as we have seen the list of predatory funders, ask yourself, do you want your merchant trying to work it out with Family Funding as the position behind you when you have worked it out with the merchant and he wants to just start freezing grub hub, processors, etc and now the merchant goes dark on everyone? Honestly, Family Funding will actually go into your merchants business if they are both in FL. In short, National Credit Partners does NOT settle, never have. A merchant takes a 1.4 on 100K, they are paying back all $140K in our program. Terms are usually 6 - 12 months, max at 30. If term exceeds 30 we decline. If merchant has cash flow to meet obligations, we decline. We are not selling snake oil and the program must work for the funder.s If anyone thinks a merchant can use this to simply consolidate, stretch out, or anything but be the last resort before they go BK, they are mistaken and will be declined by our underwriters. I am happy to answer any questions here or by phone or zoom.
