Hey Team, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about Breeze Capital LLC under EIN 93‑4059907. Many of us work with overlapping clients, so I’m sharing this to protect the community. My EIN is being used without my consent, and my signature was forged on documents to access and operate the business. This has already been reported to the IRS, FDIC, and OCC. If you look up the EIN, you’ll see a different name listed — that’s because ownership records were changed using forged paperwork. Importantly, no IRS Form 8822-B was ever filed, meaning the legal responsibility for this EIN never transferred. That discrepancy is exactly why this case is now in federal hands and actively under review. I’ve also attached the IRS SS-4 (also referred to as CP 575-G), which shows that the EIN was issued to me as the sole responsible party, further demonstrating that any operations conducted without my consent are unauthorized. Because unauthorized parties are using the EIN, income moving through it may not be properly reported, which could create tax or compliance exposure for brokers, funders, and merchants.
