Yes I do see the benefit. I was aware of the OnDeck cut offs. Lendora stated how all the commission stuff would go in the email. I just did not know if anyone has experienced this process with Lendora.

OnDeck has cut off a lot of brokers for missing KPIs. If they are willing to help facilitate that and you do not have OnDeck, that can be good for you. Edit: However it should be very clear exactly how this will go commission wise, renewal wise etc in writing before allowing a partner to submit to another lender/funder on your behalf.

I love Texas Land Deals We just funded a 11M refinance cash out and another 5M cash out. in 10 days. Depending on some details this should be an easy deal for our investors Just need a good appraisal on site visit /survey for funding. Rates depend on details of the borrower and project message me for details. Benjamin Zuniga bzuniga@omegafund.com

Sent a submission into Lendora last week and the emailed back stating if we would like the submission sent to OnDeck to resubmit the application with the merchants email and telephone number. Has anyone had any experience submitting to OnDeck through them? Seemed odd to us. Any information would be appreciated it.

Yes, recently dealt with Private Commercial Capital and received the run around for a few weeks. William Borman (Managing Director) & David Pell (Underwriting Managing Director) are the two points of contact through two different email addresses: lender@privatecommercial.net and underwriting@privatecommercial.net. William Borman is constantly referencing his general parameters when requesting status of file, and when it came time for the underwriting decision by family loan committee...it was based on economic factors that were already known prior to issuing Letter of Intent (LOI), which should have never been issued. This private funding resource (which may not really fund deals) advertises incredible loan terms, which I've now realized are too good to be true. Myself and client are now upset that underwriting / due diligence fee of $3,400 is non-refundable, especially since due diligence in underwriting was not provided in its entirety. I do NOT recommend sending any files or wiring funds to this outfit portraying themselves as a private lender, since their reason for denial was very generic boilerplate feedback that can be provided on any file, and not specific to our project. We've learned a hard lesson from this experience, and hope this post helps to prevent others from going through a similar experience.

No, we all do not. Some of us see the value in renewals over a PSF.

Hello Funders and Brokers - As most of you know, ACHWorks has been partnering with Funders for years to process their ACH needs. We started with just doing the daily draws. Then we found how to pay the syndicate partners with credits, and now for a few years, many funders have been using us to fund deals by using Same Day ACH credits. We believe in ways to help. One area we have not been able to help to this point, is in helping MCA brokers. I am willing to listen to serious, grounded, professional brokers tell me how we could possibly help them, while being competitive in the market AND covering the risk in the Broker space. Let me make this clear, should we ever initiate this service, the vetting would be strict. So, NO COWBOYS please Anyone want to talk? Dave Kirk ACHWorks National Sales Manager dave.kirk@vericheck.com

$10k to run AI calls/texts on some random non opt in data? If they suggested that was a good idea to you, that says enough about them

Have never made money on their data, but have lost money. Gave them $10,000 to do an AI Lead Gen program thru a Rep and Kevin BIG CHEESE got involved, they did NOTHING for me. ZERO. They actually told me they would give me a "make-good" on it...NEVER DID. This is a consistent pattern, just worn-out data. I met with the team face to face in FL a few years ago, all nice people. I will not buy the data unless someone shows me an exceptional pattern of WINS. Be careful.

We got another one, but it's a good ending this time! They'll probably see this, but I'm proud of it! The client called me after the funds hit the account, but before they sent the entire RTR back. Topline Pro LLC was the funder this time. We saw the Santander Bank account. Then we told them about the criminal case in the Southern District of NY and they high tailed it and let the merchant return the principal that was sent. PHEW. I'm glad this thread saved somebody!!!! When I commented on this post a month ago, this was after $14k was stolen. Unfortunately, that client had to go out of business (shut the doors entirely) before they could get out of the mess (a $14k hole is almost impossible to fill fora a new business), and Topline messed over 2 other funders as well.
