We just closed another on $550k commercial deal in Kansas Missouri, the borrower had an amazing closing time frame with an interest rate of 7.25%. If you need a loan, COLE rates are super awesome and funding in all 50 states. We also work with brokers/referrals and offer 2-3% commission rate to our registered brokers, this simply means that a broker agreement contract will be issued for you signing. 816 944-1001 816 270-9909 📧 [email protected] 🌐 https://www.colerealestategroupsllccom.com//

I noticed everyone in this industry just sprays and prays with the same generic ad text and landing page text. In saturated industries like MCA, niching down so you're not targeting everyone is usually smarter than trying to go after everybody. Have you guys also seen success with this strategy in MCA? Just curious... In my opinion, this makes it so much easier to scale. Since you're only focusing on one customer avatar, you only need to pitch to that type of client, and you can really create an SOP around that. Which means you can scale easily, pre-sell him before the call easily, and so on. This leads to less overhead, and more revenue per client.

I'm looking at getting my own website to build client trust. What do you suggest for a high-converting website? Is it best to copy something like Figure or OnDeck? 1. https://www.figure.com 2. https://www.ondeck.com 3. https://www.4dfinancing.com/

Because you have "real estate" in your name, do you do loans that have no real estate collateral involved?

I agree. The credit score alone isn't a deal-breaker, but the monthly revenue may be an obstacle when trying to get a good deal

Consider PML Investments (https://pmlinvestments.com/) or ArTex Funding (https://artexfunding.com/). We may be able to split up the funding into two portions: contract financing for the upcoming work and equipment financing for the 4 trucks. Send me a DM. I'll get you some options.

Seeking lender recommendations and structuring ideas for a merchant borrower requiring a $420,000 working capital facility, $120,000 of it to buy 4 used trucks (identified). The borrower is a newly formed business that has secured a contract with an established, privately held oilfield services and transportation company that has held active interstate operating authority since 2017. The contract is projected to generate approximately $12.15 million in gross revenue through Q4 and approximately $7.06 million in net revenue over the contract term. Credit profile presents challenges: - The business owner has a mediocre FICO score. - A guarantor with a 710+ FICO score is available and willing to provide a personal guarantee. - The principal also has approximately $4 million in retirement assets, although those funds cannot be accessed, transferred, or otherwise encumbered for approximately four years under the applicable restrictions. I'm exploring lenders comfortable with contract-based opportunities and would appreciate thoughts on potential structures, including: - Contract financing - Purchase order or receivables financing - Private credit solutions - Any legally permissible methods of providing comfort related to the retirement assets, despite the transfer restrictions If anyone has experience placing a deal with a similar profile, I'd welcome recommendations or introductions. Sure did. My FBI intake person has worked on MCA scams before with me and they always follow these threads, which I sent them as well. They are also in the whatsapp groups or pose as brokers... They are always watching... just the key is they need 1m in damages, which we have here

It'll be tough to get them funded, especially if they don't have high average daily balances. Send me a DM. I've got a private lender at PML Investments (https://pmlinvestments.com/) who may be able to able to fund them. The business credit line mentioned by @Yankeeman07 could also be an option. I see that the website requires 14K+ monthly revenue

Thank you because it seems like there’s no stopping her. Did you send them the other lawsuits so they can see there is an established pattern? The 10 million dollar case where she used someone else’s identity to get funding might pique their interest

As a 12 year vet in this world who has worked new biz and renewals - I highly disagree with number 4. We're primarily working 6 and 7 figure deals nowadays and every now and then I get a $20K - $30K a month guy and I spend more time trying to close them, they're most likely to stack and tank the renewal and they're most likely to default. The bigger ones take more sophistication to close, have a longer timeline to close as some are applying months ahead of when they need funds but they're more likely to stay loyal to you and not stack you with other MCA's so you will get a cleaner easier renewal out them too. Out of all my clawbacks in the last 12 months - All of them are sub $50K monthly sales deals. MCA shouldn't really be something a smaller company is relying on. Most of those guys aren't managing their money correctly so they're calling in to make payroll and then there's no return on investment on expensive money in that case.
