Dan - thanks for thinking of us on this one. Unfortunately, given the number and size of the positions relative to the monthly revenue coupled with the lower FICO, we would need the balances to be closer to $40k in order to consolidate these balances - that also assumes that all of those desposits are revenue and not just pass-through rental income for the properties they manage.
