Seems obvious, but I guess some people DGAF. I know for a fact there are other brokers out there calling themselves "Bank of" whatever. You are ruining it for the good guys.

SOS rules are you can't use certain words in your business name such as Bank, unless you're a licensed financial institution, but these guys thought they were slick by using the work Banc.
Looks like they out smarted themselves.
