Venture Capital Deal
More or less putting a feeler out.
Client is looking for 1M with a commitment of an additional 4M within 2yrs for a stake of 25% equity.
Initial check of client has been positive thus far. Package of documents on its way so we will know more details within the next couple of days, upon review and underwriting, if the business is profitable, can someone make a recommendation on who would eyeball a deal like this.

Morning.. Obviously all depends on Financials and specifics. We have been successful at introducing business plans and exec summaries to PE firms and Hedge Funds pre revenue, as well as arranging slow money to firms that are in growth mode.
If the concept is compelling we can assist with strategic partners in helping client go public. Bottom line is: As Bob said- if the entity is profitable this might just be a debt play.

Looking for a VC or Hedge Fund financing for a startup 15 years patented environmental project. This project all ready has contract with major companies. This project can issue corbon credits. Needed 4MM startup capital. Site location and tax credits have already been negotiated. Project will get paid to collect hassardous waste and convert it to a sellable product. What will the first million be used for? What form of hazardous waste and what is the finished product. I have substantial experience with waste products, both hazardous and not.

CFobydesign, is this deal in NY? , i had someone call me that was building a machine that processed waste product and he was looking for seed money? he already had bank commitments and purchase orders, if this is the same one.
