We have recently been successful in consolidating 13 positions (through a Strategic partner hedge Fund) on a firm that was losing $2M per year on it's Financials. Minimum Facility Amount 500k. Minimum Annual revenue $3.5M. 100-200% Collateral Coverage required. Fund must be senior secured. Facilities up to $20M.
