Need a hard money lender that will lend in Puerto Rico. The property is currently closed, 52 room hotel on 20 acres.

$600K -$700K purchase price.

An additional $1.1M needed for renovations.

Projected revenue $3M. 30% margins

I would be open to co-broker this one if you have completed a similar transaction in PR and can prove it.

The buyer is an active client of mine in the MCA world. Not a "lead". Therefore, I know we are dealing with a serious and motivated borrower that has completed due diligence and wants to move quickly.
