Community Newspaper / Magazines needs at least $50k. Personal tax lien.

Business runs 3 community newspapers, 3 magazines, and a website. $130-160k of revenues per month. The owner has a personal tax lien (IRS) of $100k. No payment plan. The business if free and clear. Bank statements look good.

Who can fund this merchant with a personal tax lien?

I just got a $150K approval for a client with a $210K open tax lien. It might be a doable deal here at WBL. Wanna send it over?

Well, they have a website! Sign them up!

If they aren't willing to put up all their personal assets as collateral, and they are NOT in a payment plan on the lien (100k?), then the only place I have heard of doing deals like this is MCG. 1st Merchant USED to do them back int he day, but who knows with them now?

Anyone else telling you they can/will get it done is pulling your chain

Someone said that CAN considers merchants with tax liens up to $175k. Anyone have experience sending deals with liens to them?
