    Nyc residential property estimated value 4.2mm free and clear

    My client owns 2 NYC apartment buildings free and clear valued over 4MM. I'm looking for 2.4MM interest only payments paid back in 3 years. 10% with fees included.

    Hi Nathan - I might be able to get this done for you. I am a direct lender (business loans), BUT...I do a lot of similar RE deals for clients through my colleagues. I've done several deals like this, interest only with a 20 or 30 year amort and no prepay (or one year prepay).

    Has this deal been funded yet? Is this building owned by a public company or individual? My lender would possibly make a bond offer.
