they don't just consolidate, they stack heavy. I got stacked hard by them on this one deal. Just saw Capital Stack 2, Power Up, Nah LLC, and Blu Diamond......JESUS man.

Blu Diamond was a solo underwriter in the old Pearl who decided to open up their own shop. No affiliation with The New Pearl. As far as I know, that shop has been defunct since July of 2015 (which is the roughly the date this thread was started)
