    I have a client looking to purchase a restaurant and the real estate that is owned free and clear - restaurant Financials are week and real estate is being offered below market ... any ideas ?

    This restaurant is located in ft lauderdale off las olas blvd..

    It's possible. Is he going to re-open a restaurant? Hopefully something different- Las Olas Blvd has some pretty nice places... is it in a dead zone?

    I just noticed a typo, yes the restaurant is currently open and Financials aren't very strong - I have someone looking to purchase and needs financing
