I've got no skin in this game but this is always something I've wondered. If you have a question that is material to approving a loan, shouldn't you ask the merchant directly instead of the broker?

Not for nothing but as a Broker we owe are partners the information requested regarding any deal after all we are paid handsomely for our efforts it's the least we can do.

Doesn't seem like many people have done business with this company....I do see complaints on BBB and ripoffreport that have been rebutted from about a year or so ago.
