getting a lot of high volume real estate leads

I am getting at least 2-3 leads requesting 200-2mm for people looking for capital to purchase lots or commercial properties. These people may not be showing enough for a traditional mca to work. I need a few of you larger players to reach out to me. No brokers!

We do Commercial Real Estate loans every day of the week. We are a licensed Mortgage Broker with traditional and private money contacts. The Deals MUST MAKE SENSE though. Clients need skin in the game or Capital.
