What is a good CRM for my ISO

Salesforce is probably the best, but I understand it is expensive.

Bankcard Pros. Even though it has Bankcard in the name, their CRM is fully built out for MCA for ISOs, funders, and syndicaters. If you need a contact person there, private message me.

You could also use something very inexpensive like Zoho. I've seen it work for some companies.

Thanks, Sean. I was looking into the Zoho option but don't really want to have to build something up from scratch so I'd like something a little more developed I guess.

Sean I think bank card pros is out of business. We owned that system and recently purchased Salesforce. We can not get in touch with Robert after several attempts for over a week and the site was down. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Weird. They're definitely not out of business. I actually spoke to Robert earlier today through email and have never had a problem getting in touch with him.

We use Salesforce as well. Very happy with it. I've heard positive feedback on Zoho and Infusionsoft too.

To be honest, Bankcard Pros layout feels cluttered. They did a great job in creating a all-in-one solution, but for those who are only focused on only either funding or sales it can be too much.

Been in touch with Bankcard pros the past few weeks, they definitely are not out of business.
The good thing about them is they don't charge a per user fee and cater to ISO/Lending industry.

I've used Bankcard Pros and had MAJOR issues with it. I will say it was 3.5 years ago so maybe it's evolved since then. Last I knew it, it was Ben and his wife and they were working from home doing everything with 2 people.

MCA Track is good. Never tried MCA Suite before.

I have a small shop about 20 folks, have been using Zoho for 3 yrs. Price is great, set up time is fast, fine tuning takes a bit. We have been looking at http://www.hatchbuck.com/ seems interesting

Infusionsoft if you have the time.It can be a little intimidating to begin with but has an answer to your lead creation problems.It also lets you know when a merchant opens an email that was sent.( convergehub does not have that, not sure about centrexsoftware yet)
converghub has a specific platform for the MCA space as does centrexsoftware.com.
