You never answered the question....what do you know about THIS industry?

Chambo are you here to help or pick a fight? MCA is new to me, I'm here to learn and make great new connections.

If you're asking if Chambo is here to help or not, you're ignorant. He regularly shares his extensive knowledge of the industry with members here. You should explore using a less combative tone. Your first sentence belies the second clause of the sentence that follows. The first clause of the second sentence is QED.

That's is great that he is here to help. I have read his reponses to other posts indeed. Chambo has replied to a different post on which I commented also, which was helpful. Clearly based on my questions, I am a newbie to MCA- which I have stated also. Creditguy- before you publically call people ignorant, take a deep breath, think and then state. I do not understand why this post is taking a hostile direction. We are all on this forum to share and acquire knowledge.

    *publicly

I'll stop calling you ignorant in public when you stop demonstrating your ignorance in public. Deal?

  7. #32
Credit guy, did that make your day? Dealing with rejections of all sorts and being bullied in high school- reality must be a tough struggle. Glad you can come online and give vent to all of your anger. I'm not going to waste more time replying to your comments. I suggest for therapy to go on yelp and find yourself a five star therapist in your area.

    Thank you everyone

Does anyone know a MCA company that
allows you to work under their corporate
identity but does not require you to come
to their office to call deadbeat leads all day
long as long as you bring them deals?

    Thank you

Well thats one way to change the subject... Why not look for a company that would give you good qualified leads? Probably easier to find that then to find a company that will allow you to come and go as you please when you please? Don't know many companies that give that kind of leeway

I can generate my own leads, set up
my own dialer, CRM and hustle.

I am just looking for the corporate
umbrella. Don't want to create a company.

    Thank you

Credit guy you are such a prick some times it's hard to fathom how you call yourself a professional at "a top 5 lending company." Carry yourself as such you wise old sage. You need to get laid and release some of that tension in your "combative tone," if a tone can be detected on an internet forum... only you.

Edit, you're a prick all the time.

Industry know all, all hail credit guy - the greatest credit giver in all the land of credit giving

    Deals!

If I go solo, I have to create a website, register a name,
etc. I just want a company to submit my deals to, create
    a relationship.

if you sign up under a major MCA & want to use their name and clout...then they will get first look and right of refusal on everything.

Otherwise, you are simply an outside ISO and would have to supply and do everything yourself.

If you have any interest in coming under the umbrella of a Broker/Funder like myself we have great programs that we can offer you. My company syndicates up to 50% of each deal with our lenders. We have a very high submission to funding ratio and so someone like yourself who generates their own leads can benefit greatly from that. If you go direct to a Funder it's tough because anything not in their wheelhouse will get denied but with my office United Capital Source (my company) you have the flexibility to fund more. My email is Jared@unitedcapitalsource.com and my number direct is 646-448-1701. I can set you up directly here with our in-house Biz Dev rep Craig Gallo and he can walk you through the process.

    Thank you Jared.

I like the look of your website.
It's not only professional, it's also
    personable with a clear understanding
that customers are people and want
    to deal with people.

I have been two minutes in this industry
and I can already see that many stock brokers
crossed over to this industry to make a quick buck.

It's sad for the industry because they just can't
see people as humans. For them people represent
dollar signs and digits. People are stocks in
their eyes. That's why even though they're making
    money they're angry and miserable.

Simply because if you're not making someone else's
life better, you won't enjoy the fruits of your labor.
There's a fine line between informing a prospect
about the MCA benefits and (boiler room) convincing
    them and pushing them.

However, as the industry matures and becomes more
mainstream and the consumer becomes more and
educated, the stock brokers will find that the days of
treating people like @#%$ are over. We live on a
business sphere where the snake-oil-saleman's tactics
don't work anymore. People want to do business with
people they can quickly get to know, like and trust.

The MCA profit margins will decrease and only those who
can create and provide value to the market place will survive.
The Wall Street mindset it not to create value, the mindset is
to destroy it in the pursuit of a quick buck. Most brokers share
    this mindset.

As the banking industry loses it grip on the marketplace
and society as a whole, everyone is looking for alternatives
    to the current banking system.

We call this industry: Alternative Lending.
Not me, I call it Progress Lending.
    Alternative implies second place, Progress
implies continuos evolution of an entity.

Debt is the lifeblood of the Fiat system. We are the new
liquidity, with or without banks. We represent progress.
The problem is our GOTCHA mentality, when our attitude
should be one of solidarity and support for our partners:
    business owners.

Without them, the fast disappearing middle class, we have
no industry. Everyone is against them, especially BIG BROTHER
are we going to be against them too?! I say, NO WAY Brose!

Business owners will start to see the value in the
products and services we offer when we stop chasing
a buck like wolves and when we start creating value in our
    marketplace (The Progress Lending Industry).

One day, when we will cold call prospects, they'll rush
to the phone to hear how we can help them improve their business
and add value to their operations. Until then, we have to
deal with wolves of Wall Street crossing over to this nascent
and promising global industry looking for a more and more
    elusive quick buck.

Thank you everyone for your help!

    Carlos,
    Progress Lending Specialist
