any one that will lend against a condo?

We have a client looking for a loan against his $400k condo.

If we can set something up that will be mutually beneficial, please let me know.

Is the Condo Free and Clear? What does his credit look like? Does he occupy or Rent it?

What is the equity in the property? I can offer instruments between 8-11% with 60-70% LTV. Typically 1-2% origination fee tacked on with a 2% commission split. You can, of course, add your own closing costs if you like.

Give me a ring or email if you want to explore the deal in greater detail.
