    Bar/Restaurant plus 4 Unit apartment building.

    Client owns two buildings on 1 deed.
    Value $250,000
    Owes $60,000 (2 30K notes)
    Apartments are fully rented.
    Client had operated the business for 30 years up until
    3 years ago he sold the business and held paper. That person went out of the business


    Goal:
    Client looking for $90-$100K to consolidate the debt on the building and give him ~30K in operating capital to open up the bar/restaurant again.

    Need some direction on where to take this.
