How abt a flipper who has been out of the game for 2 years but has financials from when he was buying 50% of all foreclosure in our 5 county area?

I know it's a long shot .....?

What happens in 3 months when he doesn't close on a house or he doesn't get the return he thought he was going to get? The only way that I can see someone funding a "flipper" is to use one of their houses (reno or remodeled) as collateral.
