While we do not necessarily specialize in them, we do however fund many of them all in house of course. All that is necessary is strong cash flow (1k+ daily) and average credit (No BK/Repo/open judgments or tax liens)

Recent experience I've had approvals with Next Wave (Floor Plans can be tricky though). A Private lender in CA is also offering options for the qualified dealerships with a recent DSCR. All states applicable.
