Well, sex does sell. Recession proof industry so someone has to do it. Strip clubs will need money for advertising, renovations and to attract.....er..umm...talent. Also pot dispensaries will need more operational capital as they evolve and become more competitive. All in all, it's not a terrible idea. I don't know if I would ONLY fund those types of places but..... I wonder what their rates/UW guidelines are. If I form an ISO agreement I'll choose something other than "What is your sweet spot" to ask them!
