    does anyone refi/buyout WBL Deals?

My client in Colorado has a WBL deal attached to his vacation property and the 2 lots he owns that border the vacation property. WBL gave him 400k over a year term. He's looking to get a similar deal but with a monthly payment as opposed to daily. He's not concerned with a balloon payment at the end of a deal bc he gets multiple 250k+ deposits with his company. He's just looking to free up his day to day cash flow, the daily payment is almost 2k with WBL. He's 3.5 months into the deal. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks

Yes, but im not a fan of land - if there is a structure i can offer terms up to 36 months with IO monthly payments, or in some cases i can escrow the payments.

he bought the 3 plots of land and built his vacation home on the middle piece of land. If he were to sell tomorrow he'd be selling it as a single piece of property with the home. If you want to take a look at it just lmk and I can shoot over whatever details you need. Thanks

We use to call some of those companies ( not wbl because I really do not know their products)

    "loan to own"

    ___

JR31024 if you do not find any offers with people ...I know of options( but I wont print here for all to see...competition) I just personally hate being tangled up in that paperwork so I can refer you ...i dropped out of Loans a few years back

    Some options are 90 days...some are 7-20

( keep your client close to you when passing him around so you do not lose your commission)
