You can scrape a few pennies off of the bottom three, everything under 20k is likely too old/not enough current value. How much is he trying to get and does the client have any cash saved to cover appraisals?

Yes and as much as he can get.

Top end would be about $40K ish depending on how the appraisals come back, ea. appraisal will probably cost in the neighborhood of $1k. Due to credit this would be a sale-leaseback, not a term loan with equipment as collateral, just to clarify. PM me if you think the client would be interested.
