no sorry corrected the post he needs 10m i know theres not any mca lenders that go that high but im trying to see if theres any lending institutions that would lend that high or something close to that

There are several Lenders that go that high- in fact most commercial banks like their ABL Facilities to start at $5M. Kevin Henry here on this Blog from SeaCoast Funding- a Division of Sea Coast Bank goes to 20M- and will go higher with assistance from syndicating institutions.

The fact however, that the client is not willing to pledge collateral makes this a tough pill to swallow. What happens if/when they default?

Wait - So you want UNSECURED money that high? What planet is this guy from? Something's gotta give - Either real estate or A/R are the ways to go on that one.

Giving $10mm in one shot on something close to a pinky promise is a bit much, don't you think?

Thanks for the mention Richard. Correction though...we do not need to syndicate over $20Mil. Our legal lending limit is $60Mil.

There are a host of mezzanine funds that write checks well north of $10Mil for sponsor or unsponsored deals.
